Afghanistan is the land that shaped my identity, raised me through hardships, and fed me over the years. It is up to me to prove my commitment to my motherland by serving my people.

Hasib was born in Kabul, a city he proudly calls home. He remains deeply committed to serving Afghanistan through the impacts of his work in the development sector. He has a bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations, currently pursuing his education to obtain his master’s degree in the same field. He currently works as a Project Coordinator at PHC where he oversees the work of dozens of enumerators and researchers across the country. He recently coordinated data collection of profound research in Balkh, Kunduz, Nangarhar, Kandahar, and Herat regarding a business environment reform project. He previously worked at the Higher Education Development Project of the World Bank (HEDP) as a Technical Assistant to the Higher Education Minister. His earlier roles included General Manager and Consular Services Coordinator of the Indian Consulate at Shahir IVAC (India Visa Application Center), Arts and Culture Coordinator at the Executive Committee on the Promotion of Culture and Arts (ExPAC) at the Office of the Chief Executive. Hasib enjoys mastery of Dari and Pashtu languages along with a deep understanding of Afghan culture.
